This frame came from a collector in Osaka, Japan. The details of this frame are very similar to a LOOK KG286 which would place it in the mid-90's. It's certainly possible that 3Rensho began experimenting with carbon in the 90's however I suspect this frame was made by a third party and re-badged by Konno
